Dr. Ahmed Moharram finished his MBBCh from the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University – Egypt in 1995. He received his MSc in Urology from the same university in 2000. In 2006, he became a Fellow of the European Board of Urology.
After completing his house officer program in Cairo University Hospitals, he joined the National Institute of Urology and Nephrology in Cairo – which houses over 250 beds and is one of the largest training hospitals dedicated to Urology and Nephrology in Egypt. Dr. Moharram has worked in large hospitals in his home country and in KSA. In 2009, he moved to the UAE and continued his medical practice in private hospitals in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. He is highly experienced in adult and pediatric urology with special interest in minimally invasive endoscopic management of urinary stones, green laser prostatectomy and early detection and management of urinary tumors. Due to his passion for learning, Dr. Moharram has always been actively involved in teaching and training medical students, medical staff, nursing staff, and senior house officers in both theoretical and practical aspects of Urology.
